Meet The Founder
Founded by Ma. Veronica Angeles-Valientes, the company is guided by more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources across talent acquisition, talent development, organization design, culture building, leadership development, career pathing, and succession planning.
Throughout her career, Veronica has worked with one of the largest financial services
companies in the country, bringing deep experience in building strong teams, developing leaders, and helping organizations navigate growth and change.
Her professional background is complemented by a strong foundation in counseling and human development. She earned a Master of Arts in Education major in Counseling from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Early in her career, she practiced career and youth counseling, an experience that shaped her people-centered approach and strengthened her understanding of individual growth, potential, and career journeys.
Today, she brings together strategic HR expertise and a genuine understanding of people to help organizations make thoughtful and lasting hiring decisions.
